Breathwork & Sound Reset

We’ll begin with intentional breathing techniques to open the lungs, activate circulation, and gently release stored stress or emotion. Once the body is open and energy flowing, you’ll rest in an extended sound bath savasana surrounded by harmonic layers of crystal bowls, gong, chimes, and grounding instruments - allowing your system to reset and integrate deeply.

What to bring

Wear comfortable clothing, bringing water is suggested. You’re also welcome to bring personal items such as a journal or crystals to charge in the frequencies. Japanese floor mattress, blankets, pillows, and lightly weighted eye pillow are provided.

Aftercare

Hydrate well, rest, and move slowly after your session. Journaling or quiet reflection is encouraged to help integrate insights and sensations.
