Chair Yoga

In person or video. Gentle, grounding, and accessible for every body. This guided Chair Yoga session invites movement, breath, and mindfulness while staying supported in or around a chair. Perfect for beginners, workplace wellness, seniors, or anyone seeking a safe, low-impact way to stretch, strengthen, and restore energy.

You’ll move through simple seated and standing postures that increase circulation, mobility, and balance - finishing with calming breathwork and short relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and centered.

What to expect

  • Gentle seated and supported standing stretches

  • Breathwork and guided relaxation to calm the nervous system

  • Optional sound integration or brief meditation

  • Supportive environment with modifications for all levels and abilities

What to bring
Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement. Chairs, mats (optional), and props will be provided. Bring water and any personal comfort items you enjoy.
