Chakra Balancing Sound Journey

Experience deep energetic harmony through a full-body Chakra Balancing Sound Bath. This session is designed to bring the core seven chakras, from root to crown, into alignment using himalayan singing bowls (optionally on the physical body), crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other harmonic instruments tuned to their individual frequencies.

Through guided breathwork and visualization, you’ll journey through each energy center, releasing what no longer serves and reawakening flow, clarity, and balance. The sound waves gently vibrate through the body, calming the nervous system and restoring natural energetic rhythm.
