Flow through mindful movement, gentle stretching, or restorative postures curated specifically for you, ending with a soothing 10-minute sound bath savasana to ground and reintegrate body, mind, and spirit.

What to expect

  • 5 minutes of guided grounding and intention setting
  • 45–50 minutes of customized yoga tailored to your level and focus
  • 10 minutes of immersive sound bath savasana for deep relaxation
