Each session is customized for your trimester, energy level, and comfort — blending safe yoga postures, calming breathwork, and a closing sound bath savasana to promote deep relaxation and connection.

What to bring

Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement. Bring water and any sentimental items you wish to have nearby (crystals, ultrasound photo, or baby keepsake). All mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided.

Aftercare

Hydrate and rest after your session. Take quiet time to journal or simply notice your breath and connection with your baby as your body integrates.
