Immerse yourself in a full-length 60 or 90 minute sound experience designed to guide the body and mind into deep relaxation.

We begin with gentle grounding breathwork and an intention setting to attune your body’s frequency, then ease into a soundscape journey layered with harmonic tones, rhythmic vibrations, and natural textures. Expect to leave feeling grounded, clear, and deeply restored.

What to expect

Guided grounding and relaxation meditation
Layered live instruments including gong, bowls, chimes, and flute
Peaceful lighting, serene space, and restorative atmosphere
Himalayan bowls played on or near the body
Standing singing bowl time for ultimate grounding energy

Perfect for
All levels and backgrounds. Especially supportive for stress relief, emotional release, chakra alignment, deep rest, or meditative states.

What to bring
Your water, cozy layers, and any personal comfort items for sound bath such as a pillow, blanket, or eye mask. You’re welcome to bring meaningful objects or crystals to charge in the sound frequencies.

Provided
Ready and set up for you will be a yoga mat, bolster, blanket, and lightly weighted eye pillow.

Aftercare
Hydrate well, move slowly, and take time afterward to integrate the sensations and calm energy.
