Sink into active stillness with a slow yin practice and an extended sound bath savasana designed just for your body, mind, and spirit.

We will open with grounding breathwork, settle into long-held floor postures that target fascia and joint health, then transition into a spacious rest while crystal singing bowls and gentle instruments wash over you.
Enjoy deep release, nervous system reset, and a peaceful mind.

Your water, any personal comfort items for sound bath such as pillow or eye mask, and any crystals from home to recharge in the frequencies.

Provided
Ready and set up for you will be a yoga mat, blocks, bolster, blanket, and a lightly weighted eye pillow.
